Halloween Snacks
Are you thinking about a great Halloween party but not sure what to make? Budget tight? You can make some of these ahead of time and store them until you are ready to serve them at your party. Great for big kids or small ones.
Ingredients for your own Homeade Halloween snacks:
4 cups popcorn (popped)
2 cups of mini marshmallows
2 cups of your favorite cereal
2 cups of chocolate chips
2 cups of raisins, preferably golden
1 cup peanuts
1 cup honey roasted nuts.
Mix all together and store in a container with a tight lid. Serve in bowls or you can make some goodie bags to give out to the kiddies.

This is a really yummy snack mix a little different than the first one.
10 cups of popped popcorn
1 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup candy corn
Mix all up and put in tight container and you’ll have a great Halloween snack.

Here is a treat made from jello
2.5 cups hot boiling water
4 packs Jello (any flavor)
2 clean disposable gloves
cooking spray
some type of beverage
Take boiling water and mix with the gelatin. Stir for 2 minutes until disolved, then refrigerate for about 10 mins. so it will cool down a bit. While that is cooling, take the two gloves and soak them in warm water, then squeeze out the excess. Spray the insides of the gloves with cooking spray. We do this so the gloves can be easy to remove the gelatin mold, so spray well. Then, take a funnel and pour the gelatin in the hand molds, tie the opening with a rubber band or good twist tie. Place on a plate or cookie sheet and refrigerate until set.
When the jello is set, you cut the gloves off and you now have two hands that will jiggle and wiggle and impress your guests!
You can use these hands for anything, use your imagination. I’ve used them in punch bowls, set in trays and let the kids have fun scooping into paper cups to eat and I’m sure you can think of lots of things to do with your wiggly hands.
Hope you enjoyed these recipes for Halloween snacks.
